Dear partner,

The Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship is an international non-profit organisation that celebrates and promotes the European masters of craftsmanship. As part of the Homo Faber Guide project, which aims to collect and present the best of the international craftsmanship scene, it intends to identify the great chocolate masters working in various countries around the world.

We are therefore asking for your precious help in providing us with those names that effectively tell the confectionery/chocolate making tradition of your country.

There is no required number of masters to be nominated; the only criterionis excellence in the craftsmanship that makes these professionals worthy of note.

The deadline by which we kindly ask you to provide your contribution is 30 October 2022.
