Italian Culinary Program exams: keep on dreaming
Although many plans were delayed or cancelled, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, ALMA has been thinking out of the box, putting all of its efforts to keep the dreams of our students alive. This is particularly true when it comes to our international students, some of whom, at that time, were just about to take their final exams and graduate.
Whether they stayed in Italy or they flew back to their home countries, our priority was to give them the possibility to conclude their educational path and become ALMA Alumni.
For this reason, for the first time in the history of the school, the students of the Italian Culinary Program were given the possibility to take the final exams either in presence or online.
Students from India, South Korea, Mexico, Serbia, Taiwan, Philippines, and Russia, sat their exams either in ALMA in September or online from their home countries in October, thus graduating as Professional Chefs of Italian Cuisine.
We thank them all for their professionalism, their determination, their competence and, above all, their strong passion.
We are happy to welcome you in our community of ALMA graduates.
