ALMA meets the Institut Paul Bocuse, the school dedicated to the greatest of French chefs. On Friday 9th February, chef Paolo Lopriore together with the ALMA director of culinary arts Matteo Berti will be at the Paul Bocuse Institute for a masterclass on Italian cuisine.
In this lesson the chef will bring two of the emblematic Italian dishes both inspired by the philosophy of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi followed in ALMA.
Specifically, the Italian chef will prepare
- Lombard Spaghetti
- Italian risotto
The activity was made possible thanks to the collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Lyon as part of the project “EXTRAORDINARY ITALIAN TASTE” promoted by MAECI for the fight against counterfeiting and the spreading of the Italian sounding.
